An Engaging RPG Community

Igroteka

One Saturday morning in the early nineties I took some miniatures to my brother’s friends. A few minutes later a man I had never seen before asked me if I ever played and would I like to join them. 4d6 fell on the table before I even realised what was going one. Somehow in a blur of confusion I was told that I could play Legolas and Aragorn at the same time; sorry an elf ranger. I was sold. And that day was not an exception. The regulars of the gaming club Igroteka took me in as if we were life long friends.

RPG.net

Not long after we got internet in the late nineties I stumbled upon The Gaming Outpost. It was my place to be for a while. Then it easily fell apart and I, like many other I suspect, moved to RPG.net. A community that managed one of the most difficult tasks – to grow and maybe even grow up. To this day that is my favorite place online.

Ona druga grupa

Six and a half years ago ODG organised it’s first session (Whitehack). The mission? To bring more games to the table. The games you can’t play with your home group. The ones you want to try out. The ones you want to play more of but never can. Built on the frame of one-shots, this is a nice community that also grows and wants you to play more games.
